Here's how it all works...
Step 1: Book Your Party
Your adventure begins by choosing the perfect package for your celebration.
- Pick your base package: decide how long you’d like Wonderville for and which play areas you’d like to include.
- Add some sparkle: choose from optional extras like glitter tattoos, party bags, professional entertainers, stilt walkers, balloon artists, and even catering and cakes!
- Secure your date: our calendar fills up quickly, so booking early is the best way to make sure you get your preferred day.
Once booked, we’ll confirm all the details with you so you know exactly what to expect.

Step 2: Setting Up the Magic
On the big day, we arrive at your chosen venue with everything needed to transform it into Wonderville.
- Arrival time: Around 1.5 hours before your event starts.
- Our setup process: We carefully arrange each themed area gazebo, from the café and vet to the theatre and post office, and lay out all the imaginative toys and props.
- Your role: Simply let us know where to set up, then sit back and watch the magic appear.
By the time the first little guests arrive, Wonderville will be ready and waiting for a world of play.

Step 3: Let the Fun Begin
Once the doors open, children are free to explore, play, and let their imaginations run wild.
- Free-flow play: Kids can move between the areas at their own pace, creating their own little adventures.
- Support on-site: We stay throughout to make sure everything runs smoothly, tidy up props between play, and be on hand if you need us.
- A stress-free experience: You can focus on enjoying the party, chatting with guests, and making memories while we handle the details.

Step 4: The Tidy-Up
When the last game has been played and the final cupcake has been “served,” we take care of all the Wonderville equipment and props.
- Pack-down: We’ll need around 1 hour after the event to carefully dismantle and load away our kit.
- Mess management: We tidy up only what we’ve brought with us — you and your venue take care of everything else.
- No mess left behind from us: We leave the venue exactly as it was before Wonderville arrived.

The Finer Details
We want your Wonderville event to run as smoothly and magically as possible, so here’s everything you need to know before booking.
Space & Setup
- We bring up to 4 themed gazebos: Café, Vet, Post Office & Theatre (more coming soon!).
- Each gazebo measures 2m x 2m and needs some open space in front for play. Depending on the venue size, we can either space them apart or place them side-by-side. The gazebos need around 9m x 2m if set up side by side.
- Ideally, gazebos are set up around the outside of the room or along the walls. This allows us to put tables and chairs for food or picnic-style seating in the centre so parents can relax while keeping an eye on their children.
- Please ensure there is venue parking available for the duration of the event and that we have easy access from parking to the hall - no more than 5 steps, or access to a ramp or lift.
- We need 1.5 hours before and 1.5 hours after the event for setup and pack-down. You will need to arrange this with your venue.

We’re based in Hertfordshire and regularly travel to:
St Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford, Hatfield, Borehamwood, Harpenden, Bishop’s Stortford, Royston, Ware, Cheshunt, Rickmansworth, Bushey, Tring, Berkhamsted, Radlett, Potters Bar, Letchworth Garden City, Hitchin.
We can travel further afield, but there will be an additional petrol and time surcharge. Contact us for a personalised quote.
Booking & Deposits
- A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and to cover any beakages.
- Dates can be transferred if you give us 1 month or more notice.
- Wonderville events last 2 hours, but longer sessions may be possible, just let us know when booking.
- Parties can be booked any day of the week, subject to our schedule.
- We also offer regular bookings for schools, or whole day/week bookings for schools, weddings, community events, and more.
- At the start of the event, we’ll provide you with a detailed list of all toys and equipment brought to your venue. At the end, we’ll review the list together. Any missing or broken items will be payable. We are open and transparent about this process.
- We meticulously check and clean all our equipment before each party to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
Safety & Age Recommendations
Our parties are designed to be fun for children of all ages. However, some of our props contain small pieces, so we recommend that children are aged 3 years and over to play safely.
Adult supervision is required at all times during the event to ensure everyone’s safety. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries resulting from unsupervised play.

Other Things to Know
- We are fully insured for your peace of mind.
- Please let us know if there are any venue changes ahead of the event so we can plan accordingly.
- We are not responsible for venue hire or food provision (unless booked through our recommended suppliers).
- You’re welcome to add your own decorations, provided they do not damage our equipment or the venue.
